The lowly GIF, a bitmap image format that dates from 1987, has found new life in an artform that can transform your web pages.
It’s called a cinemagraph, and it is a GIF, but with a bit of modern pizzazz. U.S. photographers Kevin Burg and Jamie Beck, a husband-wife team, invented it and gave it the catchy name. Around 2011 they began experimenting with ways to make what they called “a living moment” come alive in photographs.
The effect can be stunning, and they’ve been found to help drive traffic to your site because they’re novel and often shared via social media.
When you first turn on JIRA it looks quite simple. You get the basic project with a straightforward To-Do → In Progress → Done workflow. However, once you go into the settings you can feel overwhelmed with possibilities that all JIRA products have to offer. Also, it’s hard to start with customizations when all you want is a working PM tool. This can force you to stick with default workflows or move to a lot simpler project management tools. However, i would argue that it’s really worth to go deep into the settings and adjust JIRA to better fit your company needs. Doing so you will make your processes more clear and efficient. Here’s few things that will help you get the most out of your JIRA now.
It’s fascinating how much cool stuff you can do on the web these days. New technologies become available every month that can take your website to the next level. However, it all comes at a cost. Data gathered by HTTP Archive shows steady increase of both website size and time it takes to receive different elements. This increase is mainly attributed to the ever-growing use of videos and images. However, dynamic elements, sliders, accordions and other scripts have a decent contribution to it as well. All these items impact your website performance and increase the time it takes to load it.

Luckily we get lots of recommendations from our clients who work at top digital agencies and went through that selection process. Here’s one of their recommendations that we liked and also tried out ourselves.
